What is Profhilo?
Profhilo is a remodeling product that promotes the production of fat cells, fibroblasts that protect skin elasticity and texture, and keratinocytes that form the foundation of the skin. It’s an injection that helps rejuvenate the skin by stimulating these key components.
As a next-generation hyaluronic acid product, it uses hyaluronic acid, but unlike traditional fillers, it doesn’t result in a “hyaluronic face.” Instead, it delivers a natural, subtle
change to the skin.

Treatment Features
Profhilo can be applied to the face, neck, and hands.
For the face and neck, there are 10 designated injection points called BAP (Bio Aesthetic Points), where the product is injected precisely. The solution then spreads over time, gradually revealing its effects. The treatment is performed in two sessions, one month apart. The results will be noticeable approximately two months after the first injection.
For the hands, there are no fixed injection points, so the product is evenly injected into areas of concern. The first session typically requires 3 to 4 treatments.

- After injection, slight swelling at the injection points may occur, but it usually subsides within 24 hours.
Since Profhilo does not contain cross-linking agents, the risk of allergies or circulatory issues is minimal.

I personally love the skin quality improvement effect and continue with the treatment. It helps prevent dry skin and acne. Additionally, since it provides volume, I combine it with RF treatments to keep things in balance.

QDoes the treatment hurt?
The pain from Profhilo injections is usually a sharp feeling when the product is injected. Surface anesthesia has limited effectiveness, so we recommend nitrous oxide sedation for a more comfortable experience.

QHow long does downtime last?
After the treatment, small bumps may form at the BAP points, similar to mosquito bites. These usually subside within 24 hours. You can apply makeup right after the procedure, though the bumps may still be visible. If you'd like to keep it discreet, we recommend wearing a mask, and a scarf for neck treatments.
